A leading postal service provider in the UK is seeking an Employee Relations Case Manager to manage employee appeal hearings, support HR compliance, and improve line management capability. The role requires thorough knowledge of HR policies and excellent communication skills, along with the ability to effectively manage a varied caseload. Employee Relations Case Manager
Competitive salary plus 10% annual bonus potential, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays rising with service and a company pension scheme with highly competitive contribution rates. Fixed Term 6 months, Full time. Location: North (Scotland, Northern Ireland, North East/North West considered) - remote with some travel as required.
