A leading construction and services company in the United Kingdom is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to join their HR team. This hybrid role requires managing a caseload of employee relations issues and providing expert advice on complex cases. We're looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join our HR team based in the North of the UK.
Location: North of the UK – Hybrid working available, with travel to sites and offices required. Hours: 37.5 hours per week – flexibility on working hours available – Just let us know when you speak to us.
