Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Management or a related sector is ideal.
• Ability to manage, coach, and develop a team.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of cleaning services across all sites.
• Attend meetings with client stakeholders.
• Monitor monthly KPIs for contractual standards.
• Conduct site visits for quality assessments.
• Oversee financial performance and P&L statements.
• Respond to client feedback and incidents effectively.
• Support and develop the management team.
