Emotional and Mental Health Support Worker - Reading — ASAP Start - Full-Time Position

Are you passionate about supporting the emotional and mental well-being of young people?

Responsibilities

As an Emotional and Mental Health Support Worker, you will assist with behaviour management, provide support during lessons and throughout the school day, and work collaboratively with staff to implement individual support plans. You will gain hands-on experience in a therapeutic and education-focused setting, supporting children aged 5 to 11 with Autism, ADHD, trauma, and behavioural challenges.

  • Role: Emotional and Mental Health Support Worker

  • Salary: 89-100 per day
  • Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:00pm
  • Start Date: ASAP
