Qualifications

• Experience working in a restaurant, retail, or warehouse environment.
• General working knowledge of basic web-based software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Strong work ethic, punctual, responsible, and honest.

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse team and manage staff on shift.
• Accurately pick and pack items for customer dispatch.
• Support with managing Delivery Partners to ensure a slick delivery experience.
• Contact customers for substituted or out-of-stock items.
• Receive products from vendors and ensure order accuracy.
• Conduct cycle counts to minimise out-of-stock products.
• Maintain warehouse compliance, cleanliness, and organisation.
• Support onsite Health & Safety compliance.
