A healthcare organization in Steeton is seeking an Emergency Medicine Specialty Doctor to join their team. This role is ideal for doctors passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in a modern environment. Responsibilities include patient management, teaching junior staff, and contributing to departmental performance. Candidates should possess GMC registration and relevant emergency medicine experience, alongside excellent communication and teamwork skills. Competitive salary ranging from £61,542 to £99,216 per annum pro rata.

The post is based in the Emergency Department at Airedale General Hospital.
The post holder/s will be responsible to the ED consultants and will be expected to:
The post-holder undertakes exceptionally to perform additional duties in occasional emergencies and unforeseen circumstances essential to the continuity of patient care.
Our department prides itself on being friendly and supportive and has an excellent reputation amongst trainees (we received the highest average ratings from West Yorkshire EM trainees in the GMC survey 2021). We also have experience of successfully supporting colleagues through CESR with one having successfully become a consultant and others working towards CESR currently.
