We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Regulatory Program Director to lead a multi-year, cross-functional regulatory change initiative within our First Line of Defence (1LOD) Know Your Customer (KYC) team. As a Regulatory Program Director within our KYC team, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end management of a complex regulatory program—from strategic planning and execution to stakeholder engagement and comprehensive reporting. Your leadership will be essential in navigating multi-stakeholder environments, delivering results across policy-driven and regulated sectors, and ensuring our financial crime compliance remains best-in‑class.
