Job summary

A global payroll and HR platform is looking for an experienced sales professional to manage the full sales cycle, engaging with clients and facilitating their needs. The role requires at least 3 years of closing sales experience, including 2 years in the Israeli market. Qualifications

  • 3+ years of closing sales experience with at least 2 years selling into the Israeli market.
  • Track record of developing greenfield territories and expanding business.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
  • Manage the full sales cycle for renewals, upsell, and cross-sell.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs.
  • Engage cross-functionally to bring new product development strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate SFDC data: accounts, opportunities, pipeline.
  • Resolve complaints and improve processes.
  • Act as a client advocate to improve the buyer experience.
