Job summary

A technology solutions company in the UK is seeking a Client Manager to enhance relationships with university partners across the EMEA region. This role requires excellence in customer service, relationship building, and strong communication skills in English and Arabic. The ideal candidate will proactively manage client needs, identify upselling opportunities, and promote engagement through various initiatives. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Fluent in Arabic to support EMEA clients.
  • Proven track record in customer service and relationship management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English.
  • Interest in Higher Education and technology.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships to ensure successful service delivery.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and partner with Account Executives.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and client needs.
  • Develop case studies and client references.
  • Identify at-risk clients and drive turnaround efforts.
  • Promote client engagement through various initiatives.
  • Partner with Billing to manage invoices and issues.
  • Support implementation of new systems.
  • Guide clients in defining goals and success measures.
  • Manage client communications for an exceptional experience.
