We have an opportunity to join our Product Support Engineering Team, supporting the in-service performance of display and controller products to a diverse range of customers in the military sector. As a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual, you would join our team in Cheltenham, solving problems and driving improvements to our products in service.

Roles and Responsibilities
Having experience working with complex electronics to component level, you will support the in-service customers with technical/engineering queries to ensure product performance meets expected requirements. You will use FRACAS tools to monitor product health and to identify opportunities to improve performance. You will lead investigations into product failures and use root cause corrective action methodologies to recommend fixes/implement them into fielded product and ensure that lessons are learned to prevent recurrence. You will support the introduction of new products entry into service, ensuring that the product, processes and approved maintenance data are ready and that we deliver for our customers.
With time and experience, you will be coached through attaining airworthiness authorisations to be able to approve changes to products and in turn also open doors to more senior positions in the team.
Problem solving is at the core of what we do. You will be qualified to Degree or above in an electronic discipline or have an equivalent relevant level of experience and knowledge. An understanding of displays and controllers operation is a must and you will be comfortable with using engineering drawings, schematics and specifications. Problems never come one at a time, so you must demonstrate that you can manage multiple projects, all the while ensuring that attention to detail and adherence to regulations are maintained.
