Roles & Responsibilities
  • Assemble and solder PCB components, wiring looms, and connectors following engineering drawings and build procedures
  • Perform functional testing, inspection, and calibration of assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Diagnose and correct faults during assembly and test procedures
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
  • Work collaboratively with engineers and technicians to meet production schedules
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing department
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in electronic assembly, soldering, or a similar technical role
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, circuit schematics, and assembly drawings
  • Good communication skills and a proactive, team‑oriented approach
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to learn new software
  • Diligent, self‑motivated, and well‑organised with strong record‑keeping skills
