Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, maintain, and repair EAS systems (including pedestals, tags, deactivators, antennas, and related hardware) in retail environments
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues impacting system performance
  • Conduct regular preventative maintenance and system checks to minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with store operations and facilities teams to ensure seamless system integration
  • Support system upgrades, retrofits, and modifications to enhance security effectiveness
  • Maintain accurate documentation of installations, service activities, and technical reports
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and best industry practices
  • Train and support store personnel in EAS system operation and basic troubleshooting techniques
  • Assist with evaluation and testing of new EAS technologies
