  • Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation.
  • Analysing and diagnosing problems effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out electrical maintenance on tenanted and void properties.
  • Inspect and test properties ensuring safety and compliance.
  • Complete paperwork and produce certification for works undertaken.
