Birmingham and surrounding areas £35,000 to £55,000 including Bonus, Company Vehicle and Benefits

We are working with a well-established business specialising in the installation of domestic ventilation systems, seeking Electricians to Birmingham and the surrounding areas.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a respected company operating across a range of residential environments.

Full training will be provided on ventilation systems, making this an excellent opportunity for experienced Electricians looking to expand their skill set while enjoying stable, varied work and long-term career prospects.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Install domestic ventilation systems in social housing and private properties (full training provided)
• Inspect, service, and replace ventilation units to ensure optimal performance and compliance
• Provide excellent customer lære service and represent the company professionally on every visit
• Maintain stock levels and ensure all tools, equipment, and vehicles are kept in good condition
• Complete documentation including fit sheets, photos, and electrical certification for every job
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times, using supplied risk assessments and method statements
• Communicate effectively with the scheduling team to ensure timely completion of all work

Skills & Experience Required

• Competent in electrical installation and maintenance work
• Experience or interest in domestic ventilation systems advantageous
• Strong problem‑solving and attention to detail
• 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations qualification
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 and Diploma in Electrical Installation or equivalent experience
• Confident communicator with a customer‑focused attitude
• Basic IT skills for digital reporting and documentation
• Flexible, proactive, and professional approach to work
• Full UK driving licence and happy to work in a field‑based position
