A major utility provider in London is seeking an Electrical Technician for the Maintenance team in the Wastewater Division. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations while delivering excellent customer service. The role offers a competitive salary of up to £42,000 per annum, a company van, and benefits including a contributory pension and generous leave policies.
Electrical Technician for the Maintenance team in the Wastewater Division, based at Abbey Mills – Stratford – E15 2RN. You will use electrical knowledge and on-site experience to inspect, maintain, fault diagnose, test, install, modify or repair mechanical plant and associated electrical equipment in a safe, efficient and timely manner with minimal supervision to keep sites operational for customers.

Base Location: Abbey Mills – Stratford – E15 2RN
Working Pattern: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 3:36 pm, plus standby rota payments; overtime opportunities may increase earnings upon completion of essential company training.
Other requirements: All PPE, tools, and a van provided when on duty and on call. You should be a time-served apprentice with significant experience in electrical systems or hold NVQ or City & Guilds Level 3 in electrical engineering.
