• Experience in supervising teams in FM or building services.
• Strong knowledge of compliance and safety regulations.

Skills

Recognised electrical qualifications (18th Edition as minimum)

Testing & Inspection (2391 or equivalent)

Strong LV experience

Previous supervisory experience within FM or building services

Strong understanding of compliance, H&S and statutory requirements

Excellent communication and organisational skills
