Qualifications

  • Proven experience supervising electrical works within building services or construction.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical installation standards and on-site best practice.
  • Ability to lead teams, maintain productivity and keep order on site.

Responsibilities

  • Supervising electrical installation works on live projects across the region.
  • Managing electrical labour and subcontractors, coordinating day-to-day site activity.
  • Ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme, and to specification.
  • Delivering toolbox talks, briefings, and maintaining strong on-site standards.
  • Coordinating with project managers, other trades, and site management to keep work fronts moving.
  • Planning materials, plant, access and permits ahead of works starting.
  • Managing snagging, quality checks, and supporting commissioning readiness.
  • Keeping clear site records, progress updates, and reporting issues early.

Skills

Proven experience supervising electrical works within building services or construction
Strong knowledge of electrical installation standards and on-site best practice
Ability to lead teams, maintain productivity and keep order on site
ECS / CSCS card
SSSTS or SMSTS
NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
Full UK driving licence
