Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Working Electrical Supervisor with strong fit-out project experience to oversee and actively participate in electrical works on a long-term project based at 25 Baker Street, London. The successful candidate will combine hands‑on electrical duties with supervisory responsibilities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical operatives and subcontractors on site
• Carry out hands‑on electrical installation and fit‑out works
• Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and programme
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance
• Liaise with site management, contractors, and other trades
• Conduct toolbox talks and daily briefings
• Monitor progress, quality control, and resolve site issues
• Ensure materials, tools, and labour are effectively managed

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Working Electrical Supervisor
• Strong background in commercial fit‑out projects
• Recognised electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• Valid Gold or Black CSCS Card
• SSSTS or SMSTS (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of electrical regulations and site procedures
• Ability to lead teams while remaining hands‑on
