Electrical Site Manager role

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a fast-paced commercial fit-out project. This is a key role on site, responsible for managing electrical works from installation through to handover, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.

Electrical Site Manager Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of electrical works on a commercial fit-out project
• Supervising electrical subcontractors and direct labour on site
• Coordinating with the Project Manager, Main Contractor, and other trades
• Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme, drawings, and specifications
• Managing RAMS, permits, and site documentation
• Ensuring full compliance with health & safety regulations
• Attending site meetings and reporting on progress
• Quality control, snagging, and overseeing testing & commissioning
• Managing materials, deliveries, and labour resources

Electrical Site Manager Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager on commercial fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical installations
• SMSTS
• ECS/CSCS card (relevant electrical qualification)
• Strong understanding of health & safety and site procedures
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and deadlines
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
