Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in building services maintenance.
• Proven experience with HVAC and BMS controls.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily electrical PPM and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Respond efficiently to emergency callouts.
• Carry out all electrical work, including lighting and wiring.
• Handle minor plumbing duties.
• Demonstrate knowledge of HVAC systems and perform fault-finding.
