Job summary

A leading FM service provider is seeking an electrical maintenance engineer for its flagship building in Central London. This static, permanent position offers a salary of £50,000 per annum and a unique 6 days on, 6 days off shift pattern. The successful candidate will perform essential duties including emergency light testing, fire alarm testing, and various electrical fault-finding tasks. Candidates must have the requisite qualifications and be eligible to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Must have C&G / NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations or equivalent.
• Experience in building services maintenance, ideally in a commercial setting.
• HV/LV Certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency light testing.
• Conduct fire alarm testing.
• Handle UPS, circuit breakers, chillers, heat exchangers, calorifiers, and boilers.
• Test generators and electrical fault finding.

Salary: £50,000 Per Annum

Static and Permanent Role in Central London.

6 days on and 6 days off, (Days and Nights)

Requirements:

• C&G / NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations (or equivalent) 18th Edition.
• Experience in building services maintenance - Ideally within a commercial office environment.
• HV/LV Certification (Good to have)
