Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality management experience in engineering & construction.
• Experience with HV/MV substations, transmission & distribution is advantageous.
• Able to lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project quality plans, inspection and test plans.
• Lead quality culture and behaviors across site teams and supply chain.
• Carry out audits, monitor KPIs, and ensure QMS compliance.
• Provide technical support, guidance, and training to project teams.
