This role involves managing electrical packages on projects valued up to £5m, overseeing the process from Stage 3 design through to completion. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years' experience, relevant electrical qualifications, and SSSTS or SMSTS certification. The position offers a daily rate of £325-£375 and a long-term contract with consistent projects based in the City.

• Previous experience within the commercial fit‑out sector is preferred.
• Proven experience delivering projects from Stage 3 design.

Responsibilities

• Managing electrical packages on commercial fit‑out projects up to £5m.
• Taking projects from Stage 3 design through procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover.
• Coordinating with design teams, main contractors, and clients.
• Managing subcontractors, labour, and materials.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Overseeing health & safety compliance on site.
• Attending progress meetings and producing project reports.
