Electrical Project Manager

Various projects at Manchester Airport (Airside), as part of our wider airport operations, offering a great opportunity to work with us on this Framework with an excellent and progressive client.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage end-to-end electrical project delivery, from initial planning and scheduling to final commissioning and closeout.
  2. Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial targets.
  3. Supervise and coordinate engineering teams, including electricians, subcontractors, and other site personnel, to ensure timely and high-quality work.
  4. Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, addressing project requirements, updates, and any issues that arise.
  5. Prepare and maintain project programmes, coordinating resources, materials, and timelines to meet project milestones.
  6. Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting risk assessments and implementing safety protocols.
  7. Oversee quality standards throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all work meets technical specifications and client expectations.
  8. Prepare and deliver regular project progress reports, both internal and external, highlighting milestones, issues, and project status.
  9. A DBS check is required; you must have been continuously resident in the UK for at least the last 5 years and be able to obtain a letter/document from each previous employer in that period confirming employment dates without significant gaps.
