Qualifications

• Apprentice-trained in building services.
• Experienced in commercial building maintenance.
• Familiarity with Fan Coil Units (FCUs) and Air Handling Units (AHUs).

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical PPMs and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and operational standards.
• Maintain key systems including HVAC, fire alarms, and emergency lighting.
