Qualifications

• Must possess 17th and 18th edition electrical installations qualifications.
• Experience in electrical building maintenance is critical.
• A valid driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all PPMs and reactive works on site.
• Ensure all work aligns with task schedules and industry standards.
• Monitor all main plant and equipment daily.
• Maintain relationships with employees and clients.
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure compliance.
• Manage site logbook system to keep records up to date.
• Oversee on-site CAFM and Concept systems.
• Resolve client issues without disrupting services.
• Be ready for call out rota for emergencies.
