Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Winnersh

Salary: Up to £45,000 + OT

The Role

Monday – Friday, perform preventive maintenance programmes (PPMs) and reactive works on all main electrical plant and equipment, manage site compliance, oversee CAFM/logbook systems, supervise subcontractors, and participate in a call‑out rota.

Key Requirements

• Fully Electrically Qualified (NVQ L3/equivalent with AM2)
• 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations
• 2391 Testing & Inspection (Highly desirable)
• Experience in commercial/occupied office environments
• Must be able to obtain a DBS check
