Overview

Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Automation

Environment: Manufacturing

Location: Leominster

Hours: Mon-Fri (8.00am-4.30pm)

Pay: Up to 60,000 DOE

Holidays & Pensions: 25 + 8 Bank Holidays, Company pay up to 5% pension

The Electrical Maintenance Engineer will be tasked to ensure that the manufacturing facility runs smoothly and working within the engineering team to provide high level knowledge and experience of automated systems and control processes used in operations.

Responsibilities
  • Design & Program: Develop PLC, HMI, and SCADA programs for automation systems.
  • Troubleshoot & Optimize: Analyse control systems to identify issues and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of control systems.
Qualifications
  • HNC/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field (preferred)
  • Strong experience in PLC programming.
  • Previous experience working with Siemens or B&R desirable
