Job Purpose

The Electrical Maintenance Engineer is responsible for providing leadership and support for the Stowmarket Asset Management Processes. The role focuses on the effective preventative and proactive maintenance of plant and equipment, executing maintenance plans efficiently, and increasing Mean Time Between Failures. The engineer will drive continuous improvements in quality, cost, delivery, HSE, and people development, motivating the team to deliver top-tier maintenance with high engagement. The role also includes overseeing small Capex projects and promoting a positive safety and cultural environment within the team.
