Overview

Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Canning Town, East London - Up to £45,000 Per Annum

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based in Canning Town, East London. I am currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based at a large private luxury residential development situated by Canning Town, East London. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record in commercial / property building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance / Installation across this static single person high end residential site looking after all landlord areas.

Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
• Emergency lighting
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Chillers - Re-set
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Cold)
• Daikin VRV servicing.
• Apartment FCU servicing
• HIU Maintenance (Training Provided)
• General building fabric

The client is looking for 1 X Electrical Maintenance Engineer.

Hours

Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm (40 hour week)

Requirements

• Electrically or Mechanically qualified - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2&3
• A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
• Excellent customer service skills
• Happy to cover a large site
• Ideally experience in High End Residential
• Honest, hard working and reliable
