A leading aerospace engineering firm in Burnley is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a permanent role on a day shift. Responsibilities include maintaining advanced manufacturing equipment and responding to breakdowns. Candidates should have an apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret electrical schematics. The position offers a competitive salary of £41,000, alongside exceptional benefits including 33 days annual leave and a 10% pension contribution.

Call outs (after probation): 1 in 6 week Rotation (Mon 7:00am through to following Monday 7:00am) Call out payment included.
Attention - All candidates will be on day shift until April/May 2026 and then a Day Shift to Back Shift rotation will take place (4 Weeks of days followed by 4 weeks of back shift you will not be on call out when you are working the back shift)
Back Shift: (Mon-Thu 3pm-11:30pm) (Fri 11:00am - 16:00pm) + 26% Uplift Shift Premium
