Job summary

A leading company in the HVAC sector is seeking Electrical Fitters / HVAC Fitters for a temporary to permanent role based in Burton upon Trent. Responsibilities include electrical repairs and basic testing on HVAC units from the transport industry. Candidates will receive 10-12 weeks of training and must hold a level 3 qualification. The position offers a pay rate of £19.20 per hour for standard hours, working Monday to Friday. Medical requirements must be fulfilled prior to starting.

Job description

Electrical Fitters / HVAC Fitters

We currently require a number of ElectricalFitters / HVAC Fitters on a temporary to Permanent basis to work for a leading company in the HVAC sector.

Based out of their facility in Burton on Trent, the role will be carrying out Electrical Repair and basic testing on HVAC units from the transport industry, using hand tools, following work instructions and technical drawings.

Working Hours and Pay

Based on Monday to Friday, Days (Mon-Thu 0600 - 1410 / Fri 0600 - 1150 / 37.5 Hrs per week). The role is paying £19.20 per hour PAYE for standard hours.

Qualifications and Training

Suitable candidates will hold a level 3 or equivalent qualification and will be provided with 10-12 weeks training at their facility in Doncaster (Mileage paid), as well as F‑Gas & Braising training, therefor no prior HVAC experience is needed.

Medical Requirements

Any successful applicants would be required to pass a medical D&A prior to any start.
