Job summary

Electrical Fitter

Aberdeen (With occasional offshore & Site work)

KBM are supporting our client with a full-time, permanent vacancy in Aberdeen. Due to increased contract wins, we are looking for candidates with electric motor/generator experience to work in their Aberdeen workshop, inspecting and disassembling rotating LV/HV machines. You'll work closely with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime.

There is an opportunity for offshore and site work, for both breakdown and planned maintenance.

Qualifications Required

• Motor repair/rewind
• Inspection and assembly requirements of explosion proof motors
• Electrical Testing
• Electrical Engineering - C&G, or NVQ equivalent.
• Offshore certs
• Previous or current AEMT training
