Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of low voltage electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, fire alarm systems, security systems, emergency lighting, and access control.
• Conduct regular testing and inspection to ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and relevant codes, and compile accurate documentation and reports.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve faults in low voltage systems using appropriate diagnostic tools and techniques; carry out repairs and replacements as needed.
• Carry out planned preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime, increase system reliability, and extend the lifespan; create and maintain maintenance schedules.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures; comply with electrical regulations, codes, and standards; report hazards or incidents promptly.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, contractors, and clients to achieve project goals and customer satisfaction; provide guidance to junior members when required.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including maintenance logs, inspection reports, work orders, and equipment inventory.

Qualifications
