Qualifications

• Experience in electrical auditing or surveying within the social housing sector.
• Recognised as a competent person by NICEIC.
• Familiar with NICEIC or NAPIT auditing standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of electrical works for compliance and safety.
• Audit electrical documentation and identify non-compliance.
• Monitor contractor performance and produce audit reports.
