A global Private Banking group is launching the EFG Graduate Programme 2026 in London. Starting in September 2026 and over a period of 18 months, the EFG Graduate Programme offers a challenging and exciting opportunity for recent graduates. Tailored on individual skills, interests, and competencies, the programme provides an ideal opportunity to obtain wide-ranging experience in an international and fast-growing private banking group:
The EFG Graduate Programme comprises 3 professional paths in which you will equally experience our entrepreneurial spirit, commitment to excellence and innovative thinking.
If you choose the Corporate Functions path, you will gain hands‑on experience and insight into the key areas that support and drive the success of EFG.
As part of this path, you will complete a 6-month rotation in your preferred corporate function, allowing you to specialise and deepen your expertise. You will also undertake two additional 6-month rotations across other business units, broadening your understanding of the private banking industry.
