A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Education/SEN lawyer for a rolling contract in the West Midlands. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years PQE and experience with SEN appeals and tribunals. The role involves managing a diverse caseload and attending court hearings as necessary, with the flexibility to work fully remotely.
Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority based in the West Midlands who are seeking to hire an Education/SEN lawyer on a rolling contract for 3 months to start within the next month.
The position would require someone to attend irregular court hearings, aside from that the post can be worked on a fully remote basis.
