Here at Academics London, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Consultant to join our friendly team. We have a Primary desk available that is up and running with candidates working, plus a range of warm clients and candidates that are ready to be matched.

We are looking for a Consultant to join our team for the long haul, who wants to have a career at Academics, whether that might be becoming a future manager or joining our top billers club.

Applications would be most welcome from Consultants (All levels from Trainee to Principle/Team Leaders) or Resourcers, who have experience working in Education Recruitment (Secondary, Primary, SEN or Further Education).

You will need to;

• Be willing to go the extra mile to help our client Primary schools find the best Teachers and Teaching Assistants on the market
• Enjoy working in a sales environment and have the determination and drive to win new business
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and be a strong team player
