Job summary

A healthcare provider in Exeter is seeking two full-time Education Mental Health Practitioners to join the Mental Health Support Team. The successful candidates will provide emotional assessments and evidence-based interventions to children and their families across Devon. Ideal candidates will have training in therapeutic approaches and experience working with young people with mental health needs. This role is integral to improving access to mental health support in the community.

Qualifications

  • Relevant Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
  • Experience engaging with children and young people's mental health.
  • Knowledge of clinical interventions and assessment tools.

Responsibilities

  • Provide emotional and mental health assessments to children.
  • Work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions to support children and families.
