A regional healthcare provider in Doncaster seeks a Division Education Lead to enhance training and education quality across the Division of Clinical Specialty Services. The role involves leading educational initiatives, supporting staff development, and operational leadership. Candidates will contribute to workforce planning and policies, ensuring that all training aligns with the educational needs of the community. Working with the Head of Education to ensure the provision of high-quality training and education throughout the Division of Clinical Specialty Services (CSS). The Division Education Lead will contribute towards ensuring that the educational policies and strategies support workforce planning and development.
