What you’ll be doing:
  • Conducting research on structural global trends such as demographic change, technological disruption, climate impact, and shifting growth drivers
  • Analysing how these macroeconomic forces influence risk, return, and investment opportunities across international real‑estate markets
  • Translating economic insights into applied portfolio and capital allocation recommendations
  • Assessing investment performance and benchmarking data to support strategic decision‑making
  • Collaborating with a high‑calibre team of economists and investment professionals to identify long‑term opportunities and risks
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years’ experience in economic research, consulting, investment analysis, or a related field
  • Strong academic background, preferably in economics, CFA (completed or in progress) desirable
  • Excellent quantitative, analytical and Excel skills
  • Sound understanding of macroeconomics, corporate finance, and portfolio theory
