What You’ll Do :
  • Lead Online Success : Manage and grow product listings across multiple platforms, launching new channels and maximising visibility.
  • Strategic Collaboration : Work closely with the Client Controller to align e-commerce activity with trade plans and business goals.
  • Data-Driven Decisions : Analyse pricing, approve invoices, and use your finance system expertise to inform commercial strategy.
  • Client Partnership : Own client reporting, lead review meetings, and provide expert guidance to help clients thrive in the digital marketplace.
  • Portfolio Management : Monitor account profitability and identify opportunities for cross-retailer growth.
  • Innovate & Improve : Proactively assess processes, solve problems, and implement smarter ways of working.
What You’ll Bring :
  • At least 2 years’ experience in e-commerce, with hands-on exposure to both 1P and 3P environments.
  • Proven ability to manage accounts, deliver on KPIs, and communicate confidently with senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookup, count formulas) and strong PowerPoint presentation abilities.
  • Commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and a drive to find practical solutions.
