Mission

Build and optimise a world‑class ecommerce experience that converts, delights and scales. You’ll take ownership of our website experience – managing Shopify performance, customer journeys, merchandising and conversion optimisation – and help drive commercial growth while keeping the customer experience at the centre of every decision.

THE ROLE

You are a hands‑on ecommerce professional who owns the execution and delivery of our online experience. Reporting into the Head of Trade, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day performance of the Shopify store, ensuring the site looks beautiful, functions flawlessly and converts at maximum potential. While this role is execution‑led, you’ll still have meaningful ownership and be trusted to make decisions that materially impact revenue and customer experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage the Shopify experience end‑to‑end, ensuring intuitive navigation, fast load times and a seamless user experience across devices
  • Own product pages, imagery, messaging, sizing content and on‑site merchandising to reflect our brand and commercial priorities
  • Ensure the online experience is tailored and localised for key markets
  • Support the planning and execution of onsite merchandising aligned with trade calendars and promotional activity
  • Run conversion rate optimisation tests and experiments to improve key KPIs
  • Analyse user behaviour data (heatmaps, click patterns, session recordings) to inform enhancements
  • Maintain high standards of product presentation, ensuring descriptions, photography and supporting content are best‑in‑class
  • Coordinate with brand, creative and product teams to keep the site fresh and engaging
  • Track and report on ecommerce performance metrics including conversion rate, AOV, page performance and site health
  • Use data to optimise and troubleshoot issues impacting customer experience or revenue
  • Work with performance marketing, CRM, operations and logistics to ensure coherent messaging, promotions and stock accuracy
  • Support launch readiness for new products and seasonal experiences
What Great Looks Like
  • You take ownership of the online experience and care deeply about how it feels to shop with us
  • You work with the brand team to ensure our website experience is excellent and on brand.
  • You manage all new product launches and merchandising on site
  • You communicate clearly with partners across teams and translate data into action
Experience / Skills Required
  • Experience working in ecommerce on Shopify (required)
  • Good understanding of onsite merchandising, UX fundamentals and conversion optimisation
  • Ability to use data and analytics to inform decisions and improve performance
  • Highly organised with attention to detail and a track record of managing end‑to‑end tasks
  • A proactive mindset – you get stuck in, fix issues and improve processes without being asked
OUR VIBES
  • We’re scrappy and tenacious – we roll up our sleeves and make things happen.
  • We put the customer first – their experience guides every decision.
  • We think big – because why not make magic?
  • We move fast – we test, pivot, and double down on what works.
  • We speak with calm, considered clarity – no spin, no ego.
  • We back each other and have fun – we celebrate the wins and enjoy the ride.
