Job summary

An international lifestyle brand is seeking a motivated individual to join their Omni-Channel Customer Insights team in London. This role involves leading customer analysis for the Ecommerce channel, using SQL and visualization tools to produce insights, develop reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have experience in Customer Insights, strong analytical skills, and a creative approach to problem solving. Qualifications

  • Experience in full strategic cycles in Customer Insights within Marketing and CRM.
  • Knowledge of SQL and Data connections.
  • Experience with using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Fully Fluent in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of the luxury/retail industry or Customer Goods industry.
  • Ability to communicate actionable insights and turn complex analysis into meaningful recommendations.
  • Experience presenting to stakeholders, supporting, and influencing their decisions.
  • Highly self-motivated and analytical, with attention to detail.
  • Highly creative in problem-solving & communication, with rigorous implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer analysis and insights for Ecommerce channel.
  • Drive BAU and ad-hoc analysis using customer data.
  • Query customer database using SQL.
  • Partner with Ecommerce and Marketing teams for insights.
  • Automate and execute customer reports.
  • Communicate analysis and insights to stakeholders.
  • Conduct customer performance deep dive analysis.
  • Build strategic presentations for leadership.
