Qualifications

• Minimum four years of maintenance experience with motors, switchgear, and instrumentation.
• Experience gained in heavy engineering environments such as power generation or petrochemical.
• Practical knowledge of process plant and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems.
• Fault finding and maintenance on instrumentation and control systems.
• Calibrate instruments and maintain accurate maintenance records.

Skills

Hands-on maintenance experience

Experience with SCADA, DCS and PLC

Knowledge of high-voltage equipment

Education

NVQ/ONC/HNC in Electrical, Control or Instrumentation engineering

Recognised Electrical/CI apprenticeship in heavy process industry

IOSH or NEBOSH certification
