  • Coordinate the implementation of requirements defined by trading venues.
  • Institutionalise information on electronic platforms for auditability.
  • Assist in ad hoc projects linked to the management of trading venues.

Overview

eBusiness Business Manager - Electronic Trading Venue Management. Permanent Contract. The Electronic Trading Venue Management team forms the first line of defence for governance of electronic trading venues, ensuring adherence to internal and external requirements to trade safely and drive business growth. This position is a joint venture between the COO Trading team and the Electronic Client Connectivity Team to leverage synergies in workflows and process knowledge. The London-based candidate will gain exposure to commercial and trading initiatives and collaborate with GMD teams and Support Functions to implement a sound operating framework for trading venues.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the setup of Traders onto trading venues (including annual internal recertification and reviews and processes related to Personal Identifiable Information).
  • Manage the counterparty base onto trading venues to minimise settlement risk (implementing the proper framework with CLD and CPL/FS).
  • Own the eTAP template for new platforms and related platform on-boarding policy; maintain them up-to-date in partnership with the second line of defence.
  • Coordinate the implementation of requirements defined by trading venues (especially in their rulebooks or contracts with CACIB) with relevant bank teams.
  • Institutionalise information and knowledge on electronic platforms (targeting a database) and ensure auditability and business continuity.
  • Assist in ad hoc projects linked to the management of trading venues (business development, control framework).
Qualifications
  • Location: London, United Kingdom.
  • Education: Bachelor Degree / BSc or equivalent; essential: degree preferably in a Business or Scientific subject; desirable: strong understanding of international capital markets and financial products.
  • Experience: Essential: experience in Global Markets environment; Desirable: prior experience or exposure to electronic platforms.
