Totum Partners are delighted to be working with a leading Law firm who are recruiting for a eBilling Specialist. They are looking for an experienced individual with billing and e-billing experience to work in the billing team.

The ideal eBilling Specialist will be responsible for:

• Provide billing and eBilling support across multiple international offices.
• Draft, edit, and issue bills promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with VAT and SRA rules.
• Respond to and resolve billing and eBilling queries quickly, escalating where needed.
• Support Partners and fee earners with billing and related administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate client and matter data, and support reporting and working capital initiatives.
• Assist with pricing and matter rate management, and contribute to ongoing projects and process improvements.

The ideal eBilling Specialist will have:

• Billing and e-billing experience, required - essential
• Knowledge of electronic billing sites, preferred
• Prior experience working in a professional services or law firm setting, preferred
