Commercial/Office Division

Our client is looking for an individual comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with excellent interpersonal skills to join their team as a Project Coordinator. Based in Banbury, this position will focus on providing outstanding service to clients through administrative support and coordination.

Working hours will consist of 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday and offer hybrid working.

Duties of the Project Coordinator:

  1. Liaising with external stakeholders and clients.
  2. Supporting the team in completing all administrative tasks.
  3. Managing delivery of tasks for large-scale projects.
  4. Coordinating with other departments in relation to projects.

Personal Attributes:
  1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  2. Confident working to deadlines and maintaining organisation.
  3. Good attention to detail.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  6. Problem-solving skills.
  7. Driver's Licence and access to your own transport due to the location of the role.

Previous experience within Project Management would be advantageous for this position but is not essential.
Offering £27,000 to £28,000 per annum dependent on experience, this is a great opportunity to join an established company that also offers benefits including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, your birthday, and Christmas off, as well as regular team-building days out.
