Job summary

A leading university nursery in Burton on the Wolds is seeking an Early Years Teacher to become the Strategic Lead for Curriculum & Pedagogy. This fixed-term maternity cover role allows you to lead curriculum development, promote pedagogical excellence, and mentor colleagues in a supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have Qualified Early Years Teacher Status and significant experience in early years education. We are looking for an Early Years Teacher to join our team as the Strategic Lead for Curriculum & Pedagogy on a fixed‑term maternity cover.
