Overview

Early Years Practitioner – Newham (Full-Time)

We are looking for a passionate and committed Early Years Practitioner to join our team in Newham. This is a full-time role (5 days per week), supporting children in their early development and learning journey.

Role Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Support the learning, development, and wellbeing of children in your care.
  • Work closely with colleagues to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
  • Observe, assess, and record children’s progress, contributing to planning and next steps.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
What We’re Looking For
  • A qualified Early Years Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent).
  • Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience in an Early Years setting is desirable.
